Application procedures

1

Take the documentation as outlined above to one of the Colleges' authorised local representatives for assessment or send it to the College of the student’s choice.

2

If the information provided meets the Colleges' entry requirements, an Offer of a Place will be issued to the student by the College or by the Colleges’ local representative.

3

Where necessary, the International Office at each College can arrange for a ‘packaged program’ with local ELICOS or English language schools and/or universities as may be required.  The ELICOS schools are:  Australian College of English, Perth International College of English, Aspect ILA, and St Mark’s College.  Universities include:  The University of Western Australia, Curtin University of Technology, Murdoch University and Edith Cowan University.

4

The Colleges’ local representative will assist with the completion of the enrolment and payment of the required fees. College Fees and other costs are outlined in the Pathways to University prospective.

5 The Bond, Course Fee and Overseas Student Health Cover (OSHC) charge should be paid in sufficient time to obtain a student visa.  This means that these fees should be paid at least six to eight weeks before the program commences.  Payments should be made to the relevant College by bank draft or telegraphic transfer in Australian dollars.

6

When the Bond, Course Fees and OSHC charge are received, an electronic Confirmation of Enrolment (eCoE) form will be issued by the College or by the Colleges' local representative.

7

The Colleges' local representative will provide advice and assistance to complete all of these tasks and refer students to the local visa issuing authority.

We look forward to welcoming you to Perth and our Colleges.
